Therapy collections
Made for the moments that matter most
Curated programmes of considered support — gathered around six themes that many of us know, and shaped around you by a doctoral-level Clinical Psychologist.
Where to begin
Choose the collection that speaks to you, and your psychologist will shape it around your needs. Begin with six sessions to lay the foundations, or twelve to go deeper — at a rhythm that suits you.

Be at Peace
Trauma & loss
When you’ve been through something painful — a traumatic event or losing someone you love — it can surface as vivid memories, low mood, broken sleep or a sense of distance from others.
Find peace with what you’ve been through, and move forward into a life that still feels full.

Be Uplifted
Low mood
Low mood can come and go, or stay a long while — making it hard to get up, to enjoy what you used to, or to feel close to the people you care about.
Understand what triggers and sustains low mood, and rediscover motivation and joy.

Be Calm
Worry, anxiety & panic
Worry can take over — endless ‘what ifs’, difficulty with uncertainty, anxiety about what others think, or panic that feels unpredictable and frightening.
Ease worry-driven anxiety, build resilience, and develop a lasting stress-management skillset.

Be Brave
Fears & phobias
Fear and phobias can quietly shrink your world, keeping you from the things you most want to do — and they can bring embarrassment when others don’t understand.
Overcome your fears and live with spontaneity and adventure, rather than avoidance.

Be Kind
Self-worth & esteem
We can be hard on ourselves — self-criticism, impossibly high standards, seeing only our flaws. Over time that erodes mood, confidence and hope for the future.
Build self-esteem and confidence, and grow real compassion toward yourself.

Be Rested
Sleep & insomnia
Poor sleep affects body and mind alike — low mood, heightened worry, lost productivity, and a faster path to burnout when daily demands feel hard to handle.
Uncover the barriers to a good night’s sleep and make practical, lasting change to restore rest.

Meet our psychologistsQuestions, gently answered
A few things people often wonder before starting a collection.
What’s the difference between six and twelve sessions?
Six sessions are designed to lay the foundations — understanding what you’re facing, building initial coping strategies, finding some clarity. Twelve sessions go deeper, giving more time for change to settle and for new ways of relating to take root. Your psychologist will help you decide which fits where you are.
Will I work with the same psychologist throughout?
Yes. You choose your psychologist when you book, and they see you through the full collection — building on what came before, session by session.
How long does a collection take?
There’s no fixed timeline. Most clients book one session a week, which means six sessions takes around six weeks and twelve takes around twelve. You can space them more or less, depending on what works for you.
Can I switch collections part-way through?
Yes. Your psychologist will help you decide if a different focus would suit you better, and we can adjust without losing your progress.
What if I’d rather book single sessions?
That’s fine too. Our individual therapy sessions are pay-as-you-go and commitment-free — the right choice if you’d prefer flexibility over structure.
How do payment and insurance work?
Collections are paid in full at the time of booking. We bill Allianz, Aviva, AXA, Bupa, Cigna, Healix and Tiecare directly. If your insurer isn’t on that list, do get in touch — we may be able to register with them on your behalf.
