Couples therapy
A space to understand one another again
Warm, non-judgemental sessions with a registered psychologist — to navigate challenges, rebuild trust, and reconnect, together.
Every relationship has its seasons
In every relationship, challenges and conflicts are inevitable. Whether you’re navigating communication breakdowns, trust issues or life changes, our trained psychologists can help you find your way through them, together.
A non-judgemental space, focused on your relationship
Our clinical and counselling psychologists draw on a deep understanding of relationship dynamics to make sense of your experiences and support you, as a couple, to address what feels difficult. Their compassionate approach offers a safe, supportive environment for you and your partner to explore your concerns and work towards resolution.
Therapy tailored to the two of you
No two relationships are the same, which is why we shape each session around your needs. Using evidence-based techniques, your psychologist helps you understand each other better, improve communication, and rebuild trust — with each session designed around your specific challenges and goals.
A service as flexible as they come
Like our other therapy offerings, this pay-as-you-go service is commitment-free, and you choose which psychologist you’d like to speak to. We offer online sessions throughout the week, and appointments can be booked in advance or on the same day.*
Simple, transparent pricing
One fee, one session at a time
Each couples session is a single, all-inclusive fee — pay-as-you-go, commitment-free, with no package to sign up to. Not sure yet? A free 15-minute consultation is the easiest way to see whether it feels right, before you book anything.

Meet our psychologistsQuestions, gently answered
A few things couples often wonder before their first session.
Do we both need to attend every session?
Couples therapy is usually attended together, as the work is about the relationship between you. Occasionally your psychologist may suggest an individual conversation as part of the process — if so, they’ll talk it through with you both first.
How long is a session?
Couples sessions last 50 minutes, held online over secure video at a time that suits you both.
What if we’re not sure therapy is right for us?
That’s completely normal. A complimentary 15-minute consultation is a no-pressure way to meet a psychologist, ask questions and see how it feels before committing to anything. Our complimentary matching service can also help you find the right fit.
What kind of therapy do you use?
Our psychologists draw on their understanding of relationship dynamics and evidence-based techniques, tailoring each session to your specific challenges and goals — there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
Is what we share confidential?
Yes. Your sessions are private and confidential, in line with our client confidentiality policy. As with all therapy, there are rare limits where there may be a risk of serious harm — your psychologist will always handle these gently and openly.
What do we need for an online session?
Sessions take place over Zoom. We’ll send a secure meeting link ahead of your appointment — if you don’t already have Zoom, you can download the free app in a couple of minutes, or join straight from your web browser. Beyond that, just a quiet, private space where you can talk together comfortably.
Not sure where to begin?
