A few details before we meet
Your first session is booked — wonderful. This short registration is the last step before we welcome you, gathering a few practical details about you, your GP and an emergency contact so that your first session can be calm, considered and properly supported.
It takes around ten minutes. There’s no rush, and nothing here is shared beyond the people involved in arranging and delivering your care.

Held with care
Your information stays private
Sharing personal and medical details asks for trust, and we hold that seriously. Everything you enter here is treated with the same confidentiality as your sessions themselves.
Read our full client confidentiality & consent policy, or ask us anything before we meet.

Booking on behalf of insurance?
There’s a separate registration for insured clients
If your insurer has authorised therapy with us, please use the dedicated insurance client registration form — it captures your authorisation details so we can bill them directly.
Questions, gently answered
A few things new clients often wonder before a first session.
What do I need for my first session?
A quiet, private space and a device with a working camera, microphone and internet connection. Sessions take place over Zoom — you can join straight from your web browser, or download the free app in a couple of minutes. We’ll send the secure link by email ahead of time.
How should I prepare?
You don’t need to prepare anything. A first session is simply a chance to meet your psychologist, share what’s brought you here, and see how it feels. If it helps to jot a few thoughts down beforehand, do — but only if it helps.
When and how do I pay?
Sessions are pay-as-you-go at £120 per 50-minute session, taken by card at the time of booking. There’s no package to commit to and no minimum — you book the next session if and when it feels right. If you’ve been authorised by an insurer, please use our insurance client registration form instead.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. You can amend or cancel through your booking confirmation email, or get in touch with us and we’ll handle it gently. Where possible, please let us know more than 24 hours ahead so the time can be offered to someone else.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Your sessions and your information are private and confidential, in line with our client confidentiality policy. As with all therapy, there are rare limits where there may be a risk of serious harm — your psychologist will always handle these gently and openly.
What happens after my first session?
There’s no pressure to continue. If it feels right, you can book your next session whenever suits — same psychologist or a different one. If it doesn’t, that’s entirely welcome too. Pay-as-you-go means you’re never tied in.
