Is the matching service really free?
Yes — entirely. Our matching service is complimentary and comes with no obligation to book. It’s simply our way of helping you feel confident about where to start.
When will I hear back?
Our Clinical Directors personally review every form and email you within 48 hours with their recommendations and gentle guidance on how to book. If you’d rather talk sooner, you’re welcome to book a free matching consultation instead.
What happens to what I share?
Your answers are seen only by our Clinical Directors for the purpose of matching you well, and are handled in line with our privacy policy and client confidentiality policy. You’re always free to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Do I have to book once I’ve been matched?
Not at all. The recommendation is yours to consider in your own time. If and when it feels right, you can book your first session or a therapy collection through our online booking.
How do sessions and fees work?
All sessions are online with a registered clinical psychologist. Individual sessions are £120 for 50 minutes, with shorter 30-minute check-ins also available. We bill Allianz, Aviva, AXA, Bupa, Cigna, Healix and Tiecare directly — and if your insurer isn’t listed, do get in touch, as we may be able to register with them for you.
